HOW DO THREAD LIFTS WORK? HOW IS THE INFINITY INSTALIFT PERFORMED?
Prior to the treatment, our aesthetic doctor will identify areas where the skin is sagging and mark out the points where each Infinity thread will be placed. To make the procedure more comfortable for you, the procedure will be done under local anaesthesia.
During the non invasive thread lift procedure, special bio-absorbable threads will be inserted via a cannula, and shaped and moulded into place before being pulled back and tightened. Once the position of the threads have been finalised, the threads are trimmed to ensure they are secure and invisible under the skin.
Unlike traditional thread lifts, there are no cuts or incisions with the Infinity Instalift. This treatment is done purely by little injections as the threads are tiny and can be delivered in this innovative manner. The number of Infinity threads used will depend on your desired results.
These bio-absorbable facial threads will dissolve slowly over time. At the same time they stimulate a matrix of collagen to be produced by your body which will eventually hold up your face lifting effects over time, giving you a natural yet rejuvenated appearance.
The procedure typically takes around 30 to 45 minutes, with minimal downtime. The patient may experience some mild tenderness, swelling and/or bruising which should subside in a day or two.
