Is a facelift de rigeur by the time I hit 50?

Edging closer to 40, I must confess I have started to look at my face in a whole new light. What I’d taken for granted in my younger days, I’m starting to wish I had paid more attention to. It was as if I woke up one morning and I could see clearly now my laugh lines, the tiny wrinkles that are creeping up on the corner of my eyes, the sun spots and freckles on my cheeks (I did love those beach holidays a little too much).

Thermage
