The Nefertiti Facelift
The iconic limestone bust of Egyptian queen Nefertiti was crafted in 1345 B.C. , discovered in 1912, and has been lying in pristine condition in a museum in Berlin, untarnished by the sands of time.
This historic artefact of Egypt’s icon of feminine beauty is a fitting metaphor of the longevity we yearn for our youth – exactly what this facelift aims to do for you.
Inspired by Nefertiti’s famed crisp jawline, the Nefertiti Facelift is a non-invasive procedure that keeps your jowls from going south, and tightens loose skin at the same time.
The muscles in your neck (Platysma) are directly connected to the ones on your jawline. These muscles are heavily utilised throughout the day, and get strained from any form of facial expression.
As they lose their tautness over time and gravity, the skin around it naturally starts to sag – along with your jawline.
Enter the Nefertiti Facelift. Using professionally administered muscle-relaxing injections, tension from the Platysma muscles are greatly relieved, halting the aggressive downward pull of the skin on your neck and jaws.
The muscles around your jaw that skin upwards will then start to win the tug of war, giving your face a generous lift, while collagen-producing stimulants from the micro-injections tighten up any form of prevailing loose skin.
A significant lift and a step towards the right side of age that is virtually painless… welcome to the Queen’s league.
What can I expect from a Nefertiti Lift?
You may notice a natural lifting effect around your lower jawline as well as smoothening of the skin over your neck.
How long can the effects last?
Depending on your lifestyle and rate of aging, your Nefertiti Lift can last anywhere between 3-5 months.
In our experience, repeated sessions seem to give progressively better results.
Combining this with other neck and jawline rejuvenation therapies such as 24K Uplift, 24K Chin Up, ULTRALIFT, THERMATIGHT or Threadlifts will give synergistic results that last far longer than a single treatment alone.
Is the treatment painful?
The treatment is surprisingly comfortable according to our patients.
A numbing cream is applied 10 minutes prior to the treatment, after which the micro-injections are then carefully administered by our expert doctors using micro-fine designer needles, to ensure maximum comfort.
Is there any downtime?
In most cases, there is little to no downtime. Occasionally, pin prick marks or mild bruising may be observed in susceptible individuals.
You can take Arnica and follow our post-treatment protocols to minimise this risk.
When can I see results?
Results can only be seen about a week after the treatment, so plan your treatment in advance to ensure you reap the maximum benefits from it.
